The Alexander Technique is an educational methodology to teach people to help themselves move more easily and gracefully.
How Alexander Technique Works
The Alexander Technique uses discussion, observation, guided movement experimentation. Clients learn how to constructively improve their poise and coordination by doing very small and easy changes in how they move. The result is that people learn how to help themselves diminish the strains and stresses on their body as they go through their daily activities. Without the excess strains a person experiences less fatigue and stress, giving them more energy and ease in all they do.
