Zoom-itis is the discomfort (and eventually) pain that results from being in video meetings/classes all day long. And yet one more way #quarantine is affecting our daily lives. Follow the advice of DR. HSS to resolve this issue:

D Doorway stretch
R Rows

H Hitchhiker
S Scarecrow
S Snow angels

Lean through a doorway for 30 seconds, 3 times.
Pull band back in a rowing motion 20x.
Pull hands out and in. Repeat 20x.
Push into the wall for 3-5 seconds; 20x.
Slide arms up & down. Repeat 20x.
