YouTube Neck… It’s a real thing! (the name I just made up.)

It is the posture our Gen Z children have developed as a result of hours upon hours of video streaming on mobile devices. This can strike any generation of mobile device user, however.

To resolve this issue remember:
RAINBOWS are HIGH in the SKY working DOUBLE TIME.

RAINBOWS: Lie face down, arms over head. Lift hands up and over blocks/objects in an arcing or RAINBOW shaped motion.

Rainbows over blocks. Repeat 15-20 times.

HIGH: Sit in a HIGH backed chair and push shoulders and head back.

Ergonomically correct sitting posture.

SKY: Look up to the SKY and circle your head back and forth.

DOUBLE: Push neck into rolled up towel making a DOUBLE Chin.

TIME: Set the device timer to alert every hour to remind them to move around or change postures.
